Your club deserves a proper bowls tour

We have been organising fully escorted senior coach tours since 1993, and our lawn bowls tours are designed for exactly the same travellers — groups who want a well-run, enjoyable trip without the stress of organising it themselves.

Each four-day tour features three covered greens, friendly playing formats for all abilities, and three nights' accommodation with all meals included. We pick your group up from your club and return you there at the end.

Questions from club organisers

Here are the questions we hear most often from bowls club secretaries and social committees.

Can our club choose its own dates?

Yes. Tell us your preferred travel window, your group size and your pickup location. We will check green availability, coach and accommodation before quoting, and work around your club's calendar.

How much does the tour cost per person?

Pricing depends on your dates, group size and accommodation choices. Both tours are proposed group packages, so we will prepare a tailored quotation once we know the details. Contact us to start that conversation.

Do we need to be serious competition bowlers?

Not at all. We can plan a friendly playing format — pairs, fours or whatever suits your group's experience levels — subject to each venue's arrangements. These tours are about enjoyment, not competition.

What is the minimum group size?

Our tours typically run with a minimum of 16 travellers, though we can discuss smaller groups depending on availability. If your club cannot fill a tour alone, ask us about joining another group on a shared tour.

Is play guaranteed in bad weather?

All featured venues have covered or indoor greens, which means play is unaffected by rain. Each session is still subject to venue confirmation and operational conditions, which are set out in the final booking offer.

Can travellers with mobility needs join?

Yes. We have a formal process for managing passengers with mobility or special medical requirements. Please let us know at the time of enquiry so we can confirm each venue is suitable and make the right arrangements.

Ready to get your club on the green?

Tell us where your club is based, roughly how many people would like to travel, and whether Victoria or New South Wales interests you. We will shape the tour around your group and come back with a tailored itinerary and quote.
